For replacing the 1X130 Watt ballast in Orbit Extreme fixtures only. Requires rewiring the ballast into the fixture. Comes with 4-pin connector (square pin arrangement style). Current USA fixtures requiring this ballast have part numbers 1027, 1034, and 1042. Comes with 4-pin connector (square pin arrangement style).
NOTE: This is the only ballast of this type supplied by the manufacturer. It may or may not look exactly like the ballast in your fixture. However, it is guaranteed to run the bulb or bulbs with the given wattage in your Current USA lighting fixture.
