The Marineland Reef Capable LED Lighting System 24-36" has the equivalent output of a 24" 2 lamp T5 HO and is appropriate for 24" tanks with soft corals and live rock. This LED lighting system will save money in the long run because you will not have to replace bulbs every year. It also will save in electricity costs.
Features:
- Light is 24". The mounting legs extend to 36".
- Appropriate for 24" reef aquariums with soft corals and live rock. Could also be used as a light for fish only tanks from 24" to 36".
- Comes with (23) 10,000K White & (4) 460 nm Blue 1W LEDs—totaling 1670 Lumens
- Slim, stylized lighting profile (only 3/4" tall without legs).
- Mimics underwater “shimmer” effect of natural sunlight.
- Doesn’t require any bulb replacement. LEDs should last 50,000 hours (11 years at 12 hours per day).
- Switch for either Blue and White LEDs together or just the Blue LEDs
- Can easily be retrofitted into an existing canopy. Legs can be reversed and easily be used for retrofitted to an existing canopy with commonly available hardware.
