Description

The Pondmaster ProLine Low Pressure Filter System with 10 watt UV Sterilizer has a hassle-free rinse and backwash operation. Keep your pond fresh and clean with Pondmaster's effective bio-mechanical filtration -- then turn the valve and clean out over 90% of the pond residue in the filter in minutes using Pondmaster's unique, manually operated agitator. No mess, no wasted water, no special pump required. The UV Sterilizer (Clarifier) will reduce the amount of free floating algae in the pond, controlling green water.

The following pumps are recommended for use with the Pondmaster ProLine Low Pressure Filter System Model PUV-1000:

NOTE: Do not use this product with a pump that produces more than 10 psi. A valved bypass loop should be used if a higher pressure pump is used.

UV Sterilizer - The 10 watt UV light reduces green water. The Clear Agitator UV Viewing Handle allows for safe viewing and confirmation of proper UV lamp status. The UV ballast can be removed from the top of the filter, for easy lamp replacement.
Pressure Gauge - Gives visual reference of filter pressure and helps to determine when backwashing is needed.
Multiport Valve (3-Way Meter Valve) - Clear multiport valve with "filter", "backwash" and rinse" settings. Allows effortless cleaning in no time with no mess
Heavy Duty Poly Canister - Weather proof canister can be buried for hidden installation
Waste Port Valve - Convenient ball valve directs waste water into garden or dry well when rinsing or backwashing
Agitator - Unlocks waste from media saving the amount of water discharged during backwash and rinse cycles using low pressure pump
Bio-Matrix Media - Bio-Matrix Media offers maximum surface area for beneficial growth and never needs replacing
