AquaticLife RO System Carbon Plus Filter Cartridge, Removes Chloramine & Chlorine Features:

  • 9-7/8" standard size cartridge is self-sealing for a tight fit in RO units. Fits all AquaticLife Classic and RO Junior units.
  • Durable outer and core wrap keeps carbon secure throughout cartridge life
  • The Carbon Plus chloramine filter cartridge features high-capacity reduction of chloramines for up to six months
  • In addition to removing chloramines, the Carbon Plus cartridge is rated to treat 30,000 gallons of water @ 0.5 GPM flow rate, 2 ppm chlorine. Using a cartridge that removes both chloramines and chlorine ensures proper water conditioning.
  • It is estimated that 10% of the US drinking water supply is now treated with chloramines, which will destroy a RO membrane if not removed prior to the water reaching the membrane. Use the Carbon Plus cartridge in place of your existing carbon cartridge to protect your RO membrane.
