Do I have to pay sales tax?
	We do not charge sales tax as all of our customers are required to re-sale all items purchased from VASCA.
I have a question on my charges.

What are my payment choices?
	We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. During the checkout process you will choose your payment option. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay by COD, money orders or company checks.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
How will charges from VASCA appear on my credit card bill?
	All vascaaquariumsupply.com charges will be attributed to VASCA Ltd. on your credit card bill.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
